Hi all,

I am in the process of filing an application for contempt. It has asked for me to submit an affidavit for my evidence. Do I set it out like a normal affidavit, i.e. I am blah blah of 123 blah street etc.

Or do I just refer to each statement in the contempt order I.e evidence to go with item dated....?

The last affidavit I did was for pre trial and was about 50 pages... My application for contempt is about 30 pages already

You have to include all the standard introductory information about your name, address, occupation etc. Is that what you mean?

Yeah ok.

And then do I go through the history of the relationship and all that again? Or do I just refer to the court orders put in place and show evidence of how that order has been broken?
