Is it possible to request a Magistrate rule on an estate if the Executors do not agree ? If I try and get them removed so that the estate can proceed I believe we will need to lodge probate again and the costs will be substantial on an estate that is only worth around 550k.

Also what happens if an executor dies? realistically I have only 12months left and have been left my portion and that of two siblings to be held in trust. I can't get anything setup as the others don't care.

Just to clarify I have been quoted 30,000 to have them removed as executors. The only issue is they are notified and both have told me they will fight me so it would end up being a lot more.......
