Hi, I have a situation where there are multiple Executors of an estate, the executors are siblings. Some Executors do not get along. It has taken 3 years to get to the final stage of addressing the main asset being the house of the deceased. One Executor is not responding to email communications. They have stated they will take legal proceedings but have not started anything, emails have been issued - of which there are delivery confirmations - which they will not respond to. What are the options here? is the only course to take this to court and have them either removed - which would mean having to also go through probate again I think - or have a Magistrate rule? what are my options? Have tried reasoning with them, they are not responding.
