My visa got refused by the Immigration Department(ID).Then,Adminitrative appeals tribunal (AAT) also refused my appeal.Now,I have lodged application with Federal Circuit (FCC) .
However,The responder(Immigration department) has requested the court (FCC) to discard my case and they (Immigration department)have served those documents on me.
My questions :
Should I contact or can I contact FCC to continue with the hearing to the date given for the next year on application lodgement.Or at this point I cannot provide any further detail .
How long ,on average, it takes for the court to decide whether to dismiss or continue the case after the respondent's request ?
