NSW Faulty Ford Car - Get a Refund under Australian Consumer Law?

I have bought a Ford Fiesta that in the last 2 months has had 6 flat batteries.Out of the last 62 days, the dealership have had it for 27 days and still don't know what is wrong with it. Am I able to get a new car or a refund on this dodgy car under Australian Consumer Law?
