NSW Family Provision Claim on a Foreign Will?

My father has moved to a country in Asia, married a local woman and disinherited the rest of his family. The country his will is now made under does not allow family provision claims. We don't know where his assets are held. Is there anyway that my sister and i can somehow make a claim on his will?
