And thanks for your advice, it resonated: I think after so many years of court and bogus contraventions and harassment, it's hard to get out of that mindset of always thinking about things from a 'if it goes to court perspective'. And there has been many times in the past that this has been to the kids detriment. In this case, the orders pretty strongly protect us from further court action. Nothing is impossible... But we have to live our lives in a way that is healthy, especially for the kids.
