QLD Family Court Orders - Meaning of "Must Jointly File"?

My family court orders read that the parties must jointly file a schedule. Does that mean both parties need to do this although separately or does it mean he must prepare and file and I must do the same but not necessarily together?

Hi Julie,

Jointly file means that both parties must agree to the final schedule. You can decide between yourselves how you negotiate the schedule so that both parties are happy with the final product. You do not need to compile it together at every step.
