I tried to file for an AVO to exclude him from contact with them on their behalf against him and was told I could not - they are under 18 and I have no relationship with him
I have heard of someone getting an AVO on his ex-wife's housemate by filing one on her and naming the other person. Can that work? I have filed an application against her already which is being heard next week. She keeps coming into my house without permission and using strong language in front of kids so I have asked for good behaviour
