WA Family Court - Documents Filed Before Being Signed?

Good evening!

I have just realised that I was served with documents that state they were "filed" in the family court on the 25th May 2017 but not signed until the 26th May 2017. Surely you can't submit incomplete forms? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
