Hello,

I had an interim IVO in place (protected persons) with a final contest in December 2018 taken out on my behalf of Victoria Police. I had a further direction hearing on October 26th and I was not asked to attend which was confirmed by prosecutors.
Today my local police station have told me that the IVO has “expired” with no further explanation. Does this mean police revoked or canceled the IVO at the further directions hearing? I wasn't there to find out if it was canceled. The respondent was being investigated for a breach of IVO at the time. Thanks.
