I am still living there because there is nothing stopping me from doing so and if I leave she will withhold the kids from me. I am applying for interim orders currently. She of course wants me out but I refuse to leave.

I'm frankly amazed that the magistrate actually gave your ex an order that allowed you to remain in the home - that rarely happens. The respondent (you) is usually kicked out of the home without any right of reply at the time, even if you own it (I've heard of this happening). I don't know the statistics but remaining sounds very rare indeed, unless that was specifically what your ex wanted which sounds unlikely given she wants you out.

I’m amazed also. It’s bizarre. It’s a very weak IVO. I think it got through based on the fact I have a FA license. She has claimed no physical abuse.
