VIC Executor of Will Refusing to Finalise Will - What to Do?

My mum died 4 years ago and her brother is executor of will.

He is refusing to finalise her will due to a dispute he had with his now dead sister... Is there anything we as her beneficiaries can do to get her will finalised and let her rest in peace?

If the probate was already granted, you could make an application to have your uncle removed as the executor of your late mother's estate.
