NSW Ex-Wife and Partner's Ex-Husband Have the Same Lawyer - Conflict of Intetest?

My ex-wife has been using a lawyer for the last 4 months and my current partner's ex-husband has just started using the same lawyer.

ls that a conflict of interest?

Is the lawyer acting in a matter involving either of your ex-whatevers and either of you?

Yes, we are both currently going through settlement negotiations.

The lawyer is representing both our exes against us both as separate matters.

I assume he knows, but not sure if he will tell them. Not sure if it would be considered a conflict of interest.
