Has anyone been accepted on the Evatt's List? I've been interviewed by a counsellor and she's said she's recommending my matter to the Registrar. The brochure says the Registrar will decide if my case warrants enough risk to make the list. Has anybody had any experience with this pilot? Has anyone been accepted or knocked back? I didn't even know it was a thing until the court contacted me.

Had no dealings with it but it sounds very similar to the Magellan list in the Family Court which has operated for some time. Looks like the concept is being expanded to the FCCA.
