I received the following email from the family court:
"We confirm that [ICL's] request to appear by telephone on xxx. has been approved should the matter proceed by way of Mention only.
In the event that the parties require any interim determination by Her Honour on the day, all parties are required to attend Court in person. "
I would like to change it to Interim hearing and apparently, I have to file an Application in Case. This would be the last hearing before the trail.
Do I have to write in the Order sought section that I would like to change Mention only to Interim hearing and following what else I would like to change?
