QLD Employment Law - Misleading Enterprise Agreement?

    Is this enterprise agreement ( EBA) legal and fair?
    States that rates include 24 % casual loading however only the Monday to Friday rate has the casual loading none of the others do.

    A registered enterprise agreement has to go through a lot of legal negotiation before its finalised and registered, so yes, this is most likely legal. You can read up about enterprise bargaining and enterprise agreement on the Fair Work Ombudsman site - See the 'Enterprise bargaining' page. If you still have concerns, perhaps give Fair Work or your union a call to talk it over.
