I am the owner of a property that has a private road that is used by 3 other neighbours. My property is the one furthest away from the public road and appears on my title deed. My question is one of maintenance and liability, specifically am I financially and legally responsible for any repairs eg filling a pothole, and in the event one of my neighbours who has rights to use this road to access their property sustains a personal or property injury from the private road, am I liable for any damages?
