Can someone help me here please
I had a fine and was paying by plan ,then the plan stops without noticing. After last 1 month I went to NSW service to renew my licence and I was told I could not renew because my fine is not fully paid and it was overdue and plan was already cancelled. I paid portion of money that day which allowed me to renewed my licence then.
Then I was waiting for a letter from NSW service so that I can pay the rest of the fine but the letter was sent and my landlord pushed it through the door on my absent and it went under the sofa. I was stopped my police on my way to job and gave me fine and letter to attend court. What should I say in the court in this matter.
