Hi , I’m having problems with my landlord , the lease was very expensive and I couldn’t pay the last month rent , when he asked me for payment I told him I have no money to pay, then he locked out the shop with all my stuff still inside,and put another company name on the window as a new business will open soon. In this case is it I’m automatically terminated from contract and I don’t have to pay the rest of the remaining of the lease “six months left “?
