Hi, I am in District Court for a matter moved up from the Magistrates Court -
At Magistrates Discovery occurred - & it was clear at that time that one of the parties 'rediscovered' documents already discovered from another party (now a non party)
Discovery has now been ordered in District Court , my question is do I have to similarly 'rediscover' documents that have already been discovered in the Magistrates court and would this include documents previously discovered by someone who is now a non party - some of which are still relevant.
I have no issue rediscovering everything - just unsure of the need or point?
