What are my parent's legal rights if my uncle is living in my grandparents' home (both grandparents have passed) and the deceased estate is in my parent's name and legally belongs to them, but my uncle refuses to leave the house?
This isn't a simple situation. I would suggest talking to a lawyer. They can probably draft a letter to your uncle asking him to vacate by a given date. When he fails to vacate the Lawyer can provide guidance on how to proceed.
