My partner and I were together 5 years but lived together only the last 14 months.

She has significant superannuation which has increased 50% in the 5 years we have been together and property that has doubled in the 5 years we have been together.

She says I have no rights as we did not live together for two years.

Is this correct? Do I have any rights ?.

yep. She is right... Nope you have no rights. UNLESS you can prove that you contributed financially to her world... Mate dating someone for a few yrs then living together for 14 months... Why would that entitle you to any of her assets?
