By the way, you weren't right in the thread that led to this popcorn-worthy to-and-fro. You were a lucky beneficiary of judicial discretion. Congratulations.

I was not lucky. I was very positive that I will get section 10 and I did not doubt that the infringement would stand, if so, I would not have gone to court as I would have paid the court fees in addition to the infringement. The result was better than expected (this is the lucky part).

I am more than happy to keep responding to Tim's posts that are not reasonable. I'm on leave and it is something to keep me occupied!

Tim does sometimes waste time irrelevantly splitting hairs against other posts while the OP issue ignored, but I have also seen him give allot of good answers... I have also wondered if Tim is more than one person behind that account?? And woe be told to whomever gets Mr grumpy's rotation!
