NSW Criminal Law - Sex Offender Register - Restricted from Attending Child's Preschool?

    Is someone who is in the sex offender register automatically restricted from attending their own children's preschool under Criminal Law? His offence is old and did not involve children.

    Practical thought..Why not advise him to go to his local police station and ask the question. Recording in writing, in their presence, the advice given, the officer name and number, date and time.
