Court date not yet provided..

Hi,

Is there any way to speed up court dates for a charge as my visa situation has changed and will result in me having to leave due to unforeseen circumstances at some stage in the near future with no possible way of returning? Or the likelihood of charges being dropped/dealt with outside of court (1 count of criminal damage) (Indictable offence). I was told at the time I would have to go to court.

You would need to approach the Informant and ask however it is also up to the courts as they list cases.
