NSW Contesting Traffic Infringement Notice for Stopping at Bus Zone

I recently received a penalty notice after requesting a review of the traffic infringement notice for stopping momentarily in a bus zone at 1:45 am. The bus zone I refer to is on Falcon Street in Crows Next - just before Alexander Street after Willounby Ln.

I would like to contest this as at this time buses are not on the road.

court-elect the infringement, as indicated on the instructions on the notice.
