My friend drove my car and got me a toll notice, but my drivers licence was suspended. I have no problem paying the toll. Just want to know if I would get any trouble after 'cause my drivers licence is suspended and I didn't nominate anyone to drive my car.

Tried to nominate him for the ticket but a lawyer's signature is needed, I don't have any lawyer friend.

Thanks.

If you are just talking about a toll road fare, I don't know of any connection between police records and the private companies that run toll collection. I wouldn't worry. And it does't sound correct that you must have a lawyer sign any nomination of the ticket to another driver, surely you can just use a JP (which you should be able to access for free). I thought most companies allowed online nominations. What company is it?
