QLD Consent Orders - Private School Fees Count as Liability?

When drawing up an application for consent orders, can I consider private school fees as a liability if they are owing? I am the sole parent paying for them. I am not requesting child support.

If I can consider them, would it only be for the current liability or the future estimated amount?

If you are both agreeing to it then I don't see any reason why you couldn't both in terms of current and future payments. Would it be possible to agree on paying a percentage of the private school fees each term?
