ok so what if they do nothing. If she doesn't make a claim against his stuff inside 2 yrs then job done (without seeking special permission which would be unlikely without good reason).

It appears they have agreed on a sum of money to her in consideration of her financial interests after a 5 year de facto.... formalising that as a consent order isn’t a silly idea.

I wouldn’t be spending much on legals to do it though if it was me
