I understand that the individual is fully protected by this section of the Drugs Misuse Act, but I want to know whether I can gain the identity of the company for which the informer was an agent. If indeed that was the case. I wish to challenge the warrant and without ascertaining whether a certain company was the source of the information upon which the warrant was issued I am somewhat hamstrung.
