I just bought a unit in a company title. The owner in the unit below me is a very heavy smoker and the smoke comes into my apartment. I have met with some of the directors and the refuse to make any rules about this. Am I not entitled to clean air in my own place? The directors are against making any hard rules against smoking and say I'm practically asking favours of the guy to not smoke on his balcony, is this true? Do I have no legal rights?
