There is a company who has started a website which looks like ours and has no reference to their own company apart from their ACN Number if you look hard enough. We are the manufacturer, and they are one of our distributors customers. We have already had one of our account customers complain to us about it and the confusion it creates. What is this called and what can we do about it under commercial law?
