- I signed up at a gym a week ago and referred to one of my friends to join.
- This friend came in and joined that afternoon (equivalent gym package), however at a cheaper price.
- I questioned the staff member that signed me up and was told that my price was correct, despite seeing my friend's contract at a lower price.

I'm unsure of Australia's laws regarding price discrimination.
Is it legal to charge a different price for an equivalent service (deal)?

Thanks
