Hi I purchased a second hand car from a car dealer. Ever since I bought it I've been having problems with the automatic transmission. It came with a 12 month warranty. They don't seem to want to help me a lot with getting the issues fixed. What are my rights can I take the car back to them and ask for a full refund?
