Hi, I reversed into a car parked (not in a marked car park) in a parking lot. At the time I had no insurance. We gave each other our details. Initially she was going to put it through her insurance. Now seems she doesn’t want to. She has sent me an invoice with no repairer details and no details of the vehicle to be repaired. All the invoice has is the parts and cost involved. I’m not sure what to do. Should I ask her to put it through her insurer, or should i consider paying the invoice? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am on a disability pension, so the path of least resistance and cost would be best for all. Many thanks in advance
