So a friend of mine got arrested at my house last week now I'm pretty certain that I'm going to be a main witness in this case and I think I pretty Well know the answer to this question but just want to make sure. but when Can I write to him?his been refused bail until his case has been heard,do I have to wait until its gone through court and see if he gets sentenced?
