Hi,
I had a dispute with another party, who I believe caused me loss.

Their lawyer wrote to me and argued that their client is not responsible for the losses for various reasons.

Is that legal letter from the lawyers now allowed to be made public?

Can I get into trouble for publishing details about the content of the letter on social media?

Thanks,

Tim W

Possibly. There are many variables.

And in any event, what possible reason could you have for doing so?

publish away. Just be careful around defamation side of things. That legal disclaimer on the letter that says you're not allowed to publish doesnt hold any weight in any of Australia's courts. Friendlyjordies goes over this in one of his "Bruz" videos iirc.
