Hi,
My ex boyfriend has sent me two emails after being blocked on everything including email and I’ve told him not to contact me otherwise I’d get a restraining order on him. He has also messaged my dad and he talks to my boyfriend too. I don’t have too much evidence but he also has raped me in the past and admits to it and I was wondering if any of this is enough evidence to get a restraining order? Thank you!

Go to the police. If you have evidence that you have asked him to stop contacting you and he has ignored that request then I think you should seek advice from the police.
