Hi There

I recently breached my DVO on a very drunk night out. I pushed my partner to the ground in a heated argument. I also got charged with public nuisance and obstruct of police officer. I have no criminal history and want it to stay that way. I am signing up to Alcohol Awareness and DV Awareness courses of my own free will and have been allowed full contact on bail. I am going to write a letter to the court admitting how ashamed I am and going for a guilty plea.

I am on a working holiday and am planning to get the partner visa with my girlfriend. I have a background in Chemistry and really want to gain residency next year.

I was just wondering how likely it is for me to receive a criminal conviction and what do you think the likely outcome will be in terms of probation/good behaviour bond/community service?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
