I am the aggrieved to a dvo, my ex-partner is the respondent. the dvo is a 'no contact' dvo. i have a 3 year old son with my ex. There are no provisions under the dvo providing my ex with the ability to contaact me about my son andn there are no family court orders. the dv was highly physically abusive (last incident i was close to losing my sight). i have not responded to any of his attempts to communicate with me since the last DV incident in late nov last year abd my ex has not spent time wiht our son since then either,
my ex has sent me multiple emails threatening to report me for supplying my ex with drugs throughout our relationship unless i give him access to our son. i am not a drug dealer; however, i did outlay the costs for drugs for both of us, with my ex subsequently paying me back.
my question is, how can i report these threats as dvo breaches without self-incrimination?
