My tenant's representative is saying wrong things about Australian Law (eg: "The act says [...]" but turns out to be untrue) because I'm a French Native (so struggle a bit with English). I don't know Australian Law well and I started to be a landlord not long ago. I can't find a law against lying about the law.
I know that in France we have a law for abuse of authority so I'm guessing there is one here, too, in Victoria. Can you help me?
