Finding out more as I go. It gets frustrating.

These snakes he is arguing about were sent as compensation for a previous sale. These two snakes are normally 900 each, but it was sold to him for just on 1000. So he is wanting compensation on the compensation he previously received.

*sighes* At about this point I'd be tempted to tell him to put the snakes where the sun doesn't shine. Sounds like he is trying to scam you.

Maybe tell him to return the 'compensation snakes' and you'll wait till the snakes are older and their sex can be properly confirmed before sending 1 or 2 over for x dollars as full and final settlement of all matters.
