I have purchased a cruise ticket at an unbelievably good price from a very reputable agency that I use regularly. I have paid in full and have all the documentation. I think it maybe the result of a problem with the cruise companies site, but having paid in full, can the cruise company now renege on this as they have accepted my booking under Australian Consumer Law?

It may be able to if it can prove genuine mistake and that you were aware that the price was incorrect. Quite often the business will wear the error rather than fight it, but this could come down to how much is involved and how many times the error was made.
