NSW Australian Consumer Law - Australian Brand Boots but Made in China?

G'day,

Is it legal to sell ugg boots made in China with word the "Australia" on the brand label at the back on the heel of the boots under Australian Consumer Law?

Is it's OK as long as label inside the boots says "Made in China", or it is considered misleading?
