QLD Anyone had experience with expert witness evaluations?

Hello again ,
I have previously asked a similar question but i now realise i need to be a bit more specific .

Has anyone able to tell me through their experience how much different an expert witness valuation is compared to a general real estate agent valuation ?

we have had the first sitting with the registrar . Arbitration is in mid Feb.2022. So yes court process has been initiated ....

Is there a court order to value the property, then

Yes , a consent order

Does the consent order say appoint an expert witness?

Then that is what need to happen.

Yes. But I want to know if the court expert valuation is going to be significantly more than a real estate valuation so I can calculate what i will go in the assets column and see how it changes the balance sheet ....

If you get a real estate valuation (which is not agreed to by the other side) which is less or more than expert valuation it won't help you.
