Hi.

I recently decided to represent myself (after spending tens of thousands on a lawyer).

I now have a letter from the other side demanding info post them reviewing subpoena material.
They asked for things such as: Name of my Dr, medication I take, my child's therapist etc. Do they have a legal right to have these details? Am I obliged to give this info? I have a strong feeling they are digging and hoping to test my naivety.

TIA.
