WA Aggravated Assault - What to Do to Show Not Guilty?

    My 16 year old son has been charged with aggravated assault. He claims he didn't hit the person but was present at the scene. Three people who witness it are saying he did hit the person.

    What should he do?

    If he has already been charged, and wants to contest the charges he will have to plead not guilty.
