My little one was enrolled in school this year, and her mother failed to provide the school with a copy of the orders, nor did she nominate me as a parent not living with the child.
the school informed me that they did not have the orders so I supplied them a copy.

Court orders state I should be given all access to schooling information.

I eventually got a copy of the enrollment paperwork from the school but it has been heavily omitted, and Ofcourse the section of court orders has been removed.

the school has told me this is for privacy, I believe this is incorrect as we both have a copy of the orders... any idea why this would have been omitted?

Mate I don't think it will matter all that much. The school might have omitted info so the teachers don't know what is going on.

Like i said, how / why is this causing you a problem?

Not a very good example, though. The only contraventions you really should be monitoring is missed care time. If that’s not an issue, then for the other contraventions, you’re better off finding a way to deal with it on your own, as you have with giving the school the orders. The court probably isn‘t going to be interested in hearing a tally of a thousand contraventions if none of them were missed care time.

Haven’t had any telephone contact in 10 weeks (supposed to be 2 times a week)
Have travelled to see her a number of times, no go.
Went to visit on her birthday, no go.

You need to document them.
Request mediation
apply to court for a contravention

Sometimes, the background events that produce
questions like yours are something a bit like:

"I arrived at the school to collect my child,
but the school went
'Sorry, we don't have you on the books,
so you can't have her.' "

And then, the school rings The Other Parent,
who denies everything, and maybe even misleads the school
about the terms of the orders - purely as a way to dust you up.

Maybe that's how it was for you, or maybe not.
What's the background to your question?
