Hello,

Can I advertise a website that provides betting & gambling news, tips, odds, bookmaker reviews, and casino reviews? Can I advertise that the website also discusses bonus offers for different bookmakers and casinos?

I don't plan on mentioning any specific licensed bookmakers/casinos or their specific offers in the advertisement. I want to send out flyers around the city of Sydney and don't want to stir up any legal trouble with Australian Law.

Thanks!

Brian, I really cannot see why you can't do what you mention, legally as long your product doesn't imitate anyone else's or us deceptively similar to anyone else's.

Good luck.
